Every Lumina 18K gold vermeil jewellery piece includes one complimentary re-plating and polish service within 12 months from the invoice date.
After the first 12 months, you can continue to refresh your piece through our lifetime plating care service. Shipping charges will apply.
Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for free repair or replacement after inspection and quality approval.

2-Day Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original Lumina packaging, including the box/pouch, tags, and any free gifts received with the order.
Personalized, engraved, sale, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings and other pierced jewellery are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
